Student Health Insurance Program
Students enrolled in SHIP will receive an email notification from health@f2468.com when their enrollment is processed in the university system. Their eligibility file will be transmitted to the claims administrator, United Healthcare Student Resources (UHCSR), for processing in their system. Enrolling in SHIP

- Log in to VandalWeb using your NetID and password
- Click on “Students Menu”
- Click on "Student Health Insurance Menu"
- Click on “Health Insurance Information Form”
- Select "Upcoming Term"

To request an early effective date the student should send an email to health@f2468.com from their official VandalMail. Coverage Information

Creating an UHCSR account:

Log into your online account at www.uhcsr.com/myaccount.
Once you log in, you can access your ID card, view coverage details, check claim status and view other plan information.
